Terms of Use

By using Mixtuls, you agree to use the service lawfully and to keep your own backup of important files.

Using the tools

You may use Mixtuls only for files and public links you own, created, or have permission and a lawful right to process or download. You must not use the service to violate copyright, privacy, security or other applicable rights.

Public-link downloads

The Social Video Downloader is intended only for public, accessible content. Do not use it to bypass private accounts, authentication, DRM, paywalls, access controls or platform restrictions. Availability depends on the source platform and may change without notice.

Your files and backups

You remain responsible for your files and results. Keep an original backup and verify every downloaded result before deleting or replacing the source file.

Cloud-assisted services

Some conversions and public-link downloads rely on third-party processing services. Their availability, processing time and results may be affected by service limits, outages or source-platform changes.

Availability and compatibility

Browser-based processing depends on the device, browser, available memory and file format. We do not guarantee that every file will process successfully or that the service will always be available.

No professional advice

Mixtuls provides general file utilities. Results are not legal, medical, financial, archival or professional advice, and should not be relied on as the only copy of important information.

Fair use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass limits, introduce malicious files or interfere with other users. We may change limits or restrict access to protect the service.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, Mixtuls is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for indirect loss, lost files or damage caused by unsupported files, device limitations, third-party services or misuse.

Changes

We may update these terms as Mixtuls changes. The revision date above identifies the latest version. Continuing to use the service after an update means the revised terms apply to future use.
