Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Mixtuls handles files, public links and basic website data.
Browser-based tools
Most Mixtuls PDF, image, video, GIF and utility tools process your selected files locally in your browser. These files are not intentionally uploaded to a Mixtuls processing server. Temporary results can remain in browser memory until you close or refresh the page.
Cloud document conversions
PDF to Word, Word to PDF, PDF to PowerPoint, PowerPoint to PDF, PDF to Excel and Excel to PDF use Adobe's cloud conversion service. When you choose one of these tools, the selected file is securely uploaded for conversion and the result is returned for download. Do not submit confidential files unless you are comfortable with this processing method.
Social video downloader
When you use the Social Video Downloader, the public link you paste is sent to Mixtuls's extraction backend and its configured extraction provider so available public formats can be analyzed and downloaded. Mixtuls does not support bypassing private accounts, authentication, DRM, paywalls or other access restrictions.
Technical information
Hosting and service providers may receive standard technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as request time, browser type, approximate network information, error details and security logs. Mixtuls does not currently require user accounts.
Retention
Mixtuls does not keep a recovery copy of files processed locally in your browser. Cloud conversion and extraction providers may temporarily process files, links or service logs under their own operational policies. Download completed results before leaving the page.
Analytics and advertising
Mixtuls's advertising placements are currently disabled. With your permission, Mixtuls uses Google Analytics to understand page visits, traffic sources, broad device information and privacy-safe tool events such as opening a tool, completing processing or starting a download. Mixtuls does not send file contents, filenames, pasted links or conversion results to analytics.
Your choices
You can accept or reject optional analytics before it loads. You can reopen the choice from the Cookie Policy. You can stop local processing by closing the tool or page, avoid cloud processing by not using the six Adobe conversion tools, and avoid link processing by not using the Social Video Downloader.
Changes
We may update this policy as Mixtuls adds services or changes processing methods. The revision date above identifies the latest version.
